Meet Joe Boone Joe Boone has been the President of BWC since 1995. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Mechanical Engineering. He has held various engineering positions. His last was Project Engineer with Caterpillar Inc. When is father, James Boone, was ready to retire he left Corporate America and joined the ranks of the self employed. Since 1995 BWC has grown by five fold and become a primary player in the C/I water treatment industry.
